Cancellation Policy
Equilibria Myotherapy & Yoga
To ensure fairness to all clients and to protect dedicated appointment times, the following cancellation policy applies.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice will have the deposit refunded or moved to the new appointment time.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided notice, the 50% deposit will be retained.
Zero Tolerance Approach
I understand Equilibria Myotherapy and Yoga has a zero tolerance policy for any inappropriate behaviour. This includes any behaviour that may be sexual, threatening, harrassing or vilifying to any person within or associated with Equilibria Myotherapy and Yoga. In the event of inappropriate behaviour, treatment will be terminated without refund and the client will be asked to leave.
Why This Policy Exists
Equilibria operates on a personalised, appointment-only basis. Late cancellations prevent other clients from accessing care and reduce the availability of limited session times.
This policy helps maintain fairness and sustainability of the clinic.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent clients. The full session fee will still apply.
